About

Research Interests

My research interests lie in the intersection of mechanical engineering and human anatomy. In my previous work, I used camera-based motion capture equipment and inertial measurement units to develop a metric to predict overuse injuries. I hope to further focus my research efforts in neurological control of the musculoskeletal system.

Hobbies

I love being outside, playing tennis, gardening, and generally being active. I'm happiest when I'm creating things: crafts, furniture, clothes, and food! I also enjoy listening to music, watching Gilmore Girls, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.
